Stewart has been in the mobile electronics business since the late 80's, and telecommunications since the early 90's.  He loves everything about a car, from electronics to engine work, to racing them on a track.  He works alongside his Brother Steven who owns and operates SLV Company which works hand in hand with Prostallation.  With a background in both automotive repair, and electronics servicing, Stewart will be able to help you or your organization in your next purchase or project.

 

With three sons, Stewart not only has a very busy business but a very busy home.  He spends most of the winter promoting remote car starter, coaching his son's hockey team, and running his own Men's hockey team,(PondDogs) http://ponddogs.tripod.com.  In the summer he enjoys coaching his boys soccer team, and managing and promoting the Midtown Import Performance Racing team.  He also test drives most of the race cars that roll out of the shop.  But his first love is still the 1988 CRX, in which he ran a 2003 season best quarter mile ET of 12.5 seconds at 115 mph.  Everytime I speak to Stewart about drag racing, he only talks about this car.  He thanks his wife Lily for putting up with all the hussle and bussle of his business and hobbies.

 

Midtown Import is owned and operated by Stewart's Brother-in-Law Jeffery Yong and his two brothers Michael and Allan.  Midtown Import is part of a chain of companys owned by the brothers. Speedy Automotive Repairs, Speedway Collission and Frame, which all fall under the Speedy Lane Holding Inc. company.  In the recent years, Stewart has helped Jeffery not only promote the race cars, but established a partnership with Centerforce Clutches and Midway Industries. 

 

Centerforce currently sponsor our 1993 Civic and 1988 CRX with DFX racing clutches and flywheel.  We are currently reviewing a sponsorship proposal from Enkei International in Texas.
